What happens if I don't use all the hours on my plan?

Half of the hours not used in a month are carried over to the following month. However, these hours cannot be changed again.

How are hours recorded?

We have a timer that activates whenever we are working on your project. This chronometer is shared with you so that you can follow the evolution of the hours.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, it is possible. Just notify us at any time and we will change the plan.

What is the minimum contract period for assistance plans?

The minimum period is 3 months. After 3 months, you can cancel at any time.

How does the task request process work?

Orders must be made on a specific platform. Additionally, we will have a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication between the team.

What happens if I need more hours than my plan allows?

You can upgrade your plan or request payment for overtime, €50 + VAT for each overtime hour.

You can request product insertion, app integration or new tools/functionalities, store design and programming corrections, copy changes, market definition and correction, implementation of internal store management flows, among others.

How is the analysis and proposal for improvements in the store carried out?

Quarterly (Scaler plan) or monthly (AUGE plan), we analyze the store's performance in terms of positioning, performance and conversion metrics. We also ask for your feedback about the business, difficulties and future goals. After analysis, we present all improvement proposals. After debate and approval, we implement the agreed improvements within the plan's number of hours.

What are "new Shopify implementations" and "new legal requirements"?

Shopify releases an average of 2 to 3 new releases per year. Whenever new things are announced, we analyze what makes sense to implement and proceed with implementation. Regarding new legal requirements, we guarantee the immediate implementation of new legal obligations in the store, such as data protection and other areas.
