Our challenge was to restructure MySkinConcept’s digital presence to make it more accessible and efficient globally. We redesigned MySkinConcept’s website with a strategic focus on internationalization and user experience. From implementing a chat and helpdesk tool to improving the country and language selector, every detail was designed to provide an intuitive and smooth navigation experience. We introduced more prominent call-to-action buttons, reinforced brand credibility with certifications and customer reviews, and optimized search and navigation to create a more efficient user journey.
The results were outstanding: in just two months, international sales grew by 32%, while the conversion rate in Portugal increased by 7%.
