The KLEED project is a perfect example of the importance of our "perfect combo" approach, combining design, storytelling, and conversion optimization. KLEED is a beautifully purpose-driven brand, and while their website had strong visual appeal—with large, engaging photographs and compelling storytelling—it lacked clarity in communicating what they sold and who their target audience was.
The homepage storytelling, while captivating, didn’t clearly highlight the products or the brand’s value proposition. Visitors were left unsure about the type of products available, and the product and collection pages weren’t optimized for conversions.
Our first step was to completely redesign the structure and layout of the website. We balanced the storytelling with clear messaging about the products and optimized the user journey to make navigation seamless and intuitive. The result was a more visually compelling and conversion-focused website, without losing the brand’s unique identity.
The impact was immediate: just one week after launching the new version of the store, KLEED experienced a 38% increase in conversion rates. This recent project, launched at the start of November, continues to evolve as we work closely with KLEED on SEO improvements and dynamic content updates. For example, we’re finalizing the release of complementary Fall/Winter content to further enhance the site’s engagement and sales potential.
